State-of-the-Science Stroke Nursing Symposium
The Feb. 6 Main Event will feature a full morning of programming and three afternoon concurrent sessions focused on acute care, care across the continuum and stroke program optimization.
During the Nursing Symposium’s Main Event from 8-11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 6, Dr. Brenda J. Johnson, DnP, CRNP-BC, ANVP, FAHA, and Mary Rodgers, DHA, ANP, CNS, RN, will preside over speakers covering:
- Nurses Health and Well-Being and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
- Stroke During Pregnancy and Postpartum Period
- Tailoring Nursing Care to Prevent Complications After Stroke
- Escaping a Code Stroke: Evaluation of the Impact of Escape Room Methodology on Nursing Attitudes Toward Acceptance of Acute Stroke Management Guidelines
