Drive attendance to your industry program with targeted outreach
Make sure your session gets the attention it deserves

If you're hosting a session at ISC26 — whether it’s a Learning Studio, Satellite Symposium or a presentation in your booth — don’t leave attendance up to chance. A solid promotional plan is essential for ensuring the right audience knows when and where to find you.
Even high-value programs can struggle to attract attention without effective visibility. ISC26 features hundreds of hours of content and thousands of engaged professionals, and your program is competing for their attention. Fortunately, AHA/ASA offers several Industry Presentation Packages to reach attendees through these high-visibility channels:
- Morning Agenda Email: Distributed daily during the meeting, this is an attendees’ guide to the day’s hottest programming.
- ePreview: A series of pre-meeting emails highlighting official programming, industry sessions and important planning tools in the weeks leading up to ISC26.
- Exclusive Exhibitor Email: A limited number of exhibitor-supplied emails are available to send directly to attendees before, during or after the meeting.
And here are some simple things you can do to help maximize attendance and engagement:
- Activate your social media presence. Build excitement with teaser posts, data you plan to present, and speaker quotes on your corporate channels. Tag speakers or moderators when possible, and include the official meeting hashtag, #ISC26, to extend your reach to conference followers.
- Promote through trusted on-site news: Published each morning during Scientific Sessions, the ISC Stroke Daily News provides attendees with timely highlights, session coverage and reminders. Advertising in this publication offers a way to reach attendees as they plan their day, helping increase awareness and potential attendance at your program.
- Reach attendees in real time with the AHA Mobile Meeting Guide App. Alert Notifications on the official meeting app promote your program while attendees are active on the exhibit hall floor.
- Use your booth as a live promotion channel. Highlight your program on booth signage, digital monitors and printed handouts. Encourage staff to personally invite attendees during demos or one-on-one discussions — and via emails in advance.
- Enlist speaker and KOL support. Ask presenters or panelists to share the event with their networks, both via email and on LinkedIn or X. Peer recommendations can carry more weight than corporate messaging.
By taking a strategic approach to promotion, you’ll help ensure your session gets the attention it deserves.
