If you’re considering investing in an exhibit at the 2027 American Stroke Association's International Stroke Conference and you have questions, you’ve come to the right place. Our account managers have gathered some of the most frequently asked exhibitor questions to help you make your decision!
When and where will the International Stroke Conference be held in 2027?
- February 10-12, 2027, at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, TX.
- Exhibits will take place February 10-11, 2027.
- Pre-Cons, Brain Health and Stroke Nursing Symposia will take place February 9, 2027.
What are the exhibit dates and hours?
- Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2027: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. CST
- Thursday, Feb. 11, 2027: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. CST
How can I apply for exhibit space?

What is the cost to exhibit?
Exhibits are $48 per square foot. The public service rate is $30 per square foot. There is no additional fee for island booths. View more pricing details here.
What is included with my exhibit fee?
- Complimentary full registrations based on your square footage: 100 square foot booth = two complimentary full registrations.
- Unlimited exhibit-only badges for on-site booth staff and on-site VIP customer invites.
- Pipe and drape backdrop and your booth number noted on the floor space in front of the booth.
- Access to the previous year’s registration list for your mailing purposes.
- Complimentary booth listing in the Daily News and the Mobile Meeting Guide App (provided booth has been secured by publication dates).
- Complimentary marketing toolkit.
- Complimentary online presence at isc.hub.heart.org.
- Opportunity to rent the pre- and post-registration mailing lists.
