When and where will ISC25 be held?
ISC25 will take place Feb. 5-7, 2025, at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, California.
What are the exhibit dates and hours?

- Thursday, February 6, 2025 | 9 a.m.–4 p.m. PST

What is the cost to exhibit?
Exhibits are $42 per square foot. There is no additional fee for island booths. View more pricing details here.
What is included with my exhibit fee?
- Pipe and drape backdrop and your booth number noted on the floor space in front of the booth.
- Complimentary full registrations based on your square footage: 100 square foot booth = two complimentary full registrations.
- Unlimited exhibit hall passes for your booth staff and VIP customer invites.
- Access to the previous year’s registration list for your mailing purposes.
- Complimentary booth listing in the Daily News and the AHA Mobile Meeting Guide App (provided booth has been secured by publication dates).
- Complimentary marketing toolkit.
